I design responsive websites and product interfaces around what someone needs to understand and do next. That includes service information, enquiry journeys, complex workflows and the detail of each interaction.

Put AI into a process people can control.

I define the model’s task, the context it needs and the product behaviour around its output. I design website chatbots, agent workflows and WhatsApp Business integration, with clear hand-offs, correction and human review.

For Rest Easier, I designed a publishing flow with Claude for content, Google for images and ElevenLabs for audio. Compliance review against FCA requirements is a separate step, with the team deciding what to publish.
